In this course you will learn the basic principles and best practices for launching, managing, and working on projects virtually using Microsoft Teams. You will practice creating and setting up a new project and get tips for coordinating project plans and schedules. Then, you will discover the best tools to use for different types of communications, from Teams to Zoom.

Next you will learn tips and techniques to implement and manage collaborative workspaces your teams will actually use.  Finally, you will learn how to plan and lead effective status updates and other team meetings in Teams. In addition, participants will receive numerous templates in this practical, results-focused course.
