JST is seeking a performance driven Level II Project Manager who can support the AFSAT Training Program Manager (TPM) with actions required to successfully manage International Military Student (IMS) training pipelines. In addition, will support the acquisition, sustainment of designated security cooperation/assistance training program requirements related to student management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. or higher
  • Current or Interim SECRET Security Clearance
  • 2 years related work within AFSAT
  • Five years of experience working at DoD, Department of State (DoS) or five years’ experience working International Programs at other United States Government (USG) agencies.
  • Working, current knowledge of latest versions of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio).
  • Familiarity with DoD and USAF Security Assistance Training Program (SATP) policies and procedures.
  • Working, current knowledge and recent practical experience with USAF security assistance training programs, knowledge of USAF aviation and aircraft systems training methodologies, and knowledge of the USG acquisition processes used to secure contractor-provided training services.
  • Capability to travel worldwide via commercial and U.S. military aircraft.
