JST is seeking a performance driven Administrative Support Specialist who can support the team with strong follow-through and adherence to processes and who has experience in facilitating support services and office management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma Req. Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Current Tier 1/ NACI
  • 2 years related administrative work
  • Working, current knowledge of latest version of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio)
  • Working, current knowledge of the USAF Record Management Processes as detailed in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322 and Air Force Manual (AFM) 33-363
  •  Military background highly desired but not required.

  • Summary of your experience and what you can bring to our team.
